Mission

Mission:     Beyond the scope of the Rural Fire District oversight, it is also our assumed responsibility to promote the ongoing training and service programs of the department, to assist in the purchase of equipment that directly impacts firefighter performance and safety, to assist our citizens and neighbors in philanthropic activities, fundraising and preserve the environment through approved contracts with the city of Crofton and Knox County.  To strengthen communication between the community and the department and to support attendance at community events and functions.​
